How to Rent a Vehicle — Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Browse Available Vehicles
Head to our Car Rental page. Browse economy sedans, comfortable MPVs, and more. Each card shows the vehicle name, seating capacity, and daily rate.
Step 2: Select Your Vehicle
Click a rental card to open the detail page. You will find:
- Daily Rate — Price per day in your preferred currency
- Seating Capacity — Maximum passengers
- Include — What is covered (driver, fuel, parking, mineral water)
- Packages — Multi-day options with discounted rates
Step 3: Set Your Rental Duration
Choose how many days you need the vehicle. The total price updates instantly. Multi-day packages are listed if available.
Step 4: Fill in Your Details
- Duration (days) — How many days
- Start Date — When you want the rental to begin
- Full Name — Your name
- Email & Phone — Contact details (only if not logged in)
- Notes — Special requests (pickup location, etc.)
Step 5: Login or Register
An account is required. Login or sign up quickly. Your rental history will be saved under My Orders.
Step 6: Review & Confirm
Review the total cost in all available currencies, then click Confirm Booking. You will receive a Booking Code.
Step 7: Payment
View payment instructions including bank details and QR code. Your booking status updates after payment confirmation.
Step 8: Download Your Booking Confirmation
From the booking detail page, click Download PDF to get a professional receipt with rental details and payment status.
