How to Book a Tour Package — Step by Step Guide

Planning a trip to Batam Island? Our tour packages make it easy to explore the best destinations with a complete itinerary, private transport, and expert guides. Follow this simple guide to book your perfect tour.

Step 1: Browse Tour Packages

Start by visiting our Tour Packages page. You will see a curated list of available tours — from day trips to multi-day adventures. Use the search bar to find tours by name, or browse all options. Each tour card shows the starting price per person and trip duration.

Step 2: View Tour Details

Click on any tour card that interests you. The tour detail page gives you everything you need to know:

Description — What the tour includes
Itinerary — Day-by-day schedule
Include & Exclude — What is covered and what is not
Gallery — Photos from the tour

Step 3: Configure Your Trip

On the right side of the detail page, use the Price Calculator to customize:

Select a Vehicle — Choose from our fleet of cars. Larger groups can pick MPVs. Select "No Car" if you do not need transport.
Set Duration — Choose how many days. Minimum duration is set per tour.
Number of People — Enter your group size. The price updates automatically.

The calculator shows Per Person and Total Group prices. No hidden fees.

Step 4: Click Book Now

Once satisfied with your configuration, click Book Now. You will be taken to the booking page with your selections pre-filled.

Step 5: Login or Register

You need an account to book. Login with email and password, or sign up for free.

Step 6: Fill in Your Details

Full Name — Your name as primary contact
Start Date — When you want the tour to begin
Notes — Special requests (pickup point, dietary needs, etc.)

Step 7: Confirm Booking

Review the price summary, then click Confirm Booking. You will receive a unique Booking Code immediately. Save this code to check your booking status anytime.

Step 8: Make Payment

View payment instructions including bank details and QR code. Once payment is verified, your booking status updates automatically. Track everything from your booking detail page.

Step 9: Download Your PDF

Click Download PDF to save a copy of your booking details, pricing, and payment summary.
